Summer fruits smoothie

How super handy is a bag of frozen fruit??? I always have some in the freezer. I usually buy them from Tesco but a friend recently told me they now sell them in Aldi too.

I buy the summer fruits one and the frozen blueberries. The blueberries I find are lovely as a topping for my oats in the morning. Also delicious paired with some greek yoghurt and linseed as a breakfast option or as a healthy snack.

This summer fruits smoothie is so refreshing, yummy and is an ideal way to start your day. Its made by simply blending together a few tablespoons of the frozen berries with some dairy free milk, a banana and a spoon of chia seeds if you like…
