Pear & Oat Pancakes


Excited to introduce my new pancake recipe: Pear & oat pancakes!!!

Free from gluten & dairy. Quick & easy to make & most of all DELICIOUS!! For all you banana pancake lovers you will love these or people who want to love them but don’t like the consistency of banana these are also for you! They deliver just the correct amount of sweetness


Here’s what you’ll need:

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp almond milk
  • 2 tbsp gluten free oats
  • 1 pear


Here’s what to do:

  • Remove stalk from pear
  • Add all to a blender & blitz (Leave some pear slices for topping with)
  • Let stand for 10 minutes
  • Pour small amounts of batter onto a medium hot frying pan with some coconut oil & cook until golden
  • Flip pancake & repeat

Serve with pear slices and greek yoghurt or topping of choice

Makes approx 6 small pancakes
