Here’s what you’ll need:

  • 300ml Almond milk (or any milk of choice)
  • 1 apple (cored)
  • 1 tsp-1 tbsp Maca powder
  • Handful of blueberries

Here’s what to do:

  • Simply add all to a blender and bitz until smooth
  • Enjoy ❤
