Chicken salad with sesame dressing

A fresh and healthy salad made with chicken, sesame dressing, sesame seeds, lettuce, peppers, pickled red cabbage & mandarin. Of course you can always add your own favourite salads but I find these all work lovely together.

Heres’s what you’ll need:

  • Chicken pieces
  • Peppers
  • 1 mandrin
  • Red cabbage (I used pickled red cabbage)
  • Lettuce

I almost always use this in my salads. “Super food salad bag” from Tesco. It has spinach, kale, red leaf, beetroot and rocket and its really really delicious.

For the sesame dressing:
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp toasted sesame oil
1 tsp sweet chilli sauce
1/2 tsp honey
1tsp lemon juice
1 tbsp sesame seeds

Mix all together in a bowl, add the chicken and coat. Toss over your salad.
