Berry smoothie


A yummy refreshing smoothie that can be enjoyed any time of day. Particular handy for those busy mornings when you just need to grab something quick before leaving the house. Easy to whip together the night before and pop in the fridge for the morning ahead.

Serves 1


  • 100 g strawberries
  • 50g blueberries
  • 250 ml almond milk
  • 1 tsp cashew butter
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1/2 tbsp chia seeds (Optional)
  • 2 ice cubes (optional)


  • Pop all ingredients into a blender or nutri-bullet and blitz until smooth
