Pork, ginger & bbq sauce with veggie quinoa & corn on the cob
Quinoa was simmered with a knorr vegetable stock pot. Sautéed 1 onion, 1 red pepper & 1 Courgette & mixed through the quinoa
The ginger & bbq sauce was made my adding 1 tbsp olive oil, 1/2 tsp crushed garlic, 2 tsp ginger, 1/2 tsp crushed chilli flakes, 3 tbsp oyster sauce, 2tbsp apple cider vinegar, 1/2tbsp ketchup. Add all to a saucepan and heat gently. This sauce is soo delish 👌🏻 Corn on the cob was lightly drizzled in olive oil and seasoned with black pepper, crushed garlic & grilled.
